Returns

1. RETURNS IN-STORE

  • 1.1 Standard goods will not be accepted for return unless with our prior agreement.
  • 1.2 All goods returned (whether despatched or not) will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% of the value of the goods.
  • 1.3 Goods and packaging must be in original condition, free from damage and blemishes.
  • 1.4 Goods must be returned by the customer to our Bayswater warehouse. The customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs.
  • 1.5 ‘Made to order’ goods which are received in good order and condition are non-returnable.

2. ONLINE RETURNS

  • 2.1 Standard goods will not be accepted for return unless with our prior agreement.

Local Post Office

  • Return through your local post office
  • You’ll find a label on your returns note in your parcel, note that this is not pre-paid
