Supplying Melbourne with some of the most beautifully crafted fireplaces is what we’re known for, but it wouldn’t be possible without our collaboration with the best certified installers in the industry.

The very pulse of what we love to do each day is centred around providing solidarity with our clients on their journey in choosing an aesthetically pleasing, yet practical fireplace solution for their space. We work closely with our trusted third-party installers (some of whom have been working with us for over 20 years) to coordinate a tailored solution for each project.

Our simple process:

1. Get in touch via phone, visit one of our showrooms and/or even complete one of our installation forms below. Our in-house showroom team will help you navigate your way through our array of fires and select one that best suits your design and installation prerequisites
2. One of our recommended installers will then be in touch to measure and assess your space. Some are also able to carry out corrective works on existing chimneys, coordinate other trades to construct a new enclosure, extend gas piping or even provide electrical
3. Once the installer has been to site our in-house showroom team will be in-touch to advise any updates to your order. Your nominated installer will then book in a time and date for installation.

Should you have your own installers that’s okay too, we’re happy to provide all relevant installation instructions and offer any support that’s required
