BullerRoo Fireplace

BullerRoo Luxury Farmstay - Testimonial

We absolutely love both our Cheminees Philippe radiante 692 and our new Godin Baguera “Bush TV” wood heaters.

We fell in love with our beautiful Cheminees Philippe radiant firebox the first time we Iaid our eyes on this designer piece.
So when it came to designing BullerRoo this piece absolutely had to be incorporated into one of the core elements of this modern industrial design ski chalet. It most definitely is the centre piece and one of the talking points of the chalet, and our guests are amazed at the heat this little beauty produces.

The large glass viewing window is a pleasure to watch and extremely easy to clean with a little spray of Ruco glass cleaner so when our next guests arrive it is always sparkling clean and ready to roar!
BullerRoo Fireplace

We recently redesigned the outdoor space at BullerRoo Stone Creek Cottage for couples wanting a romantic weekend away, by adding some comfortable bean chairs and an original outdoor cast iron claw foot bath from 1942 but felt something was missing. We thought it needed a bit more ambience by adding an outdoor fireplace but anything we came across just didn’t have that wow factor until we spotted the Godin Baguera (black panther) fireplace on Wignell’s instagram page and BANG, again it was love at first sight! The shape reminded me of being a kid watching the old black and white TV screen so they couldn’t have nicknamed it any better than the Bush TV! As there is nothing better than to sit and gaze at the flames, listening to the frogs and crickets whilst sipping on your favourite nightcap, snuggled up in front of this amazing fireplace.

It now sits as the centrepiece of the new outdoor area and is the new talking point on the decking to enjoy whilst in your personal hot tub watching the sun going down and experiencing the best sunsets with the extra warmth of this masterpiece.
